Naomi is sworn in the Army

I have finished my basic training which was physically very demanding. during this time I was very sick with a stomach infection but I managed to overcome. We were sworn in Israels army at the western wall. please scroll down and watch the video we made.
A war with Iran seems very likely so please pray for my safety . I am now starting my technical training which is highly classified.
Thank you for everything, I received $250.00 over the past few months which was a great help to me, I was able to pay my phone bill so I can communicate with my family and buy some warm underclothing to keep me warm as we sleep outside in tents with no heating.

All the soldiers were given a bible and the first chapter of Joshua was read. "This book of the Law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt mediate there in day and night,........" "Be strong and of good courage.... for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersover thous goest"
Update December 2011
We have visited Naomi twice at her base, the second time we had special permission to enter which is unprecedented. This base has become the most important in Israel; America this week gave 250 million to this base for the continuing development of a missile shield. On Wednesday morning we took Naomi into the army, it is normal for families to accompany their children and see them off. Naomi will be in Beer Sheba for two day and will return home briefly on Friday with her uniform and gun for Shabbat. We will post a photo of Naomi in her uniform tomorrow when she arrives home.
Hey, My name is Naomi and I am about to join the Israeli army for 3 years. Army is compulsory in Israel for every boy and girl at the age of 18. I will be joining the fighting force
A soldier in Israel is paid very little and not enough for all my needs in a month. Every help I get will be greatly appreciated and the money spend for a good cause. I will give an update every month on what I am doing and how I spend the money. Also I will post pictures on line
For now until I join the army I attend to church every Saturday in order to hear as much as I can about the Lord before the army when I will have a lot less time to go to church. Please pray for my faith during this time and that I will have the right friends since a lot of my old friends have left their faith during their army service.
